The construction of a cement plant with the productivity of 5 million MT per year on the basis of Fedoseyevskiy deposit in Krasnooknyanskiy district of Odessa region (Ukraine) and a cement terminal in Adjalykskiy estuary near the port of Yuzhny (Ukraine) shall allow to partly satisfy the demand for cement in the internal market of Ukraine, as well as in Russia and other countries.
USD 1,500 billion credit is required for the construction of the cement complex (cement plant and cement terminal). The above complex is profit-making and already in 6 years of operation the credit shall be repaid.
