It has become necessary to provide professional and quality consultations to our clients, up to the conclusion of agreements and issue of invoices for the payments for every particular service.

TYPES AND RATES FOR SERVICE CONSULTATIONS:

1. One-time financial consultation via Internet communications (without preparation of document) — 100 Euros. This one-time consultation shall include;

• a) Oral explanations of the of International ABU Development Foundation consortium procedures;
• b) Clarifications on the types of financial instruments;

2. One-time financial consultation with the provision of sample documents (Draft) — 500 Euros.

• a) Provision of the IABUDF Consortium work procedure for the client’s project;
• b) Clarification of financial communications;

3. Monthly subscription for financial consultation with the provision of more details and documents (Draft) — 1000 Euros.

• a) Oral financial consultations to the client on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• b) Provision of the IABUDF Consortium work procedure for the client’s project;
• c) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• d) Preparation of financial contracts;

4. Annual subscription for financial consultations and documents management (Draft) — 10,000 Euros.

• a) Provision of the IABUDF Consortium work procedure for the client’s project;
• b) Oral and written financial consultations to the client on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• c) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• d) Other financial consulting services and accompanied with the preparation of documents;

5. Transaction between accounts on the Exchanges — 5%.

6. Preparation of financial contracts — 600 Euros.

• a) Translation of the agreement into the required language for the applicant — 300 Euros;
• b) Preparation of non-core contracts — 700 Euros;

7. Management of financial transactions — 3% of the transaction amount. 10% of this 3% has to be paid in advance to cater for preliminary administrative expenses.

• a) Oral and written financial consultations to the subscriber on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• b) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• c) Other financial consulting services and accompanied with the preparation of documents;
• d) Explanation of the IABUDF Consortium’s operating procedures;

8. Invitation of a consultant to the office of the client or a business meeting at agreed place within the same city — 1000 Euros.

• a) Oral financial consultations of the subscriber on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• b) Explanation of the IABUDF Consortium’s operating procedures;
• c) Provision of sample documents (Draft);

9. Invitation of a consultant to another city within the same country — 500 Euros for each day, plus travel expenses (as agreed with the client).

• a) Oral and written financial consultations of the subscriber on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• b) Explanation of the IABUDF Consortium’s operating procedures;
• c) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• d) Other financial consulting services with accompanying preparation of documents;

10. Written response to the client’s request with the provision of the procedures — 200 Euros.

11. Negotiations at the request of the client with a third party via Internet communications for every 15 minutes — 200 Euros.

12. Accompaniment and assistance in document management with the Bank — 10,000 Euros.

• a) Oral and written financial consultations to the subscriber on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• b) Explanation of the IABUDF Consortium’s operating procedures;
• c) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• d) Other financial consulting services and accompanied with the preparation of documents;

13. Psychological consultations, positive attitude — the cost from the complexity of the client’s condition.

14. Selection of solutions for your projects — 10,000 Euros.

• a) Provision of the IABUDF Consortium work procedure for the client’s project;
• b) Oral and written financial consultations to the subscriber on current economic activities, advising management personnel;
• c) Explanation of the IABUDF Consortium’s operating procedures;
• d) Preparation of written financial documents (Draft);
• e) Other financial consulting services and accompanied with the preparation of documents;

15. Non-specific conversation with a consultant 15 minutes – 150 Euros.

16. Using an interpreter for consultations per 1 (one) hour — 100 Euros.

17. Verification of the authenticity of the financial document by our Consortium specialists — 100 Euros.

18. Verification of financial instruments in the Bank — 500 Euros.

• a) Verification of bills at the Bank — 500 Euros;
• b) Verification of swifts at the Bank — 500 Euros;
• c) Verification of Eurobonds at the Bank — 500 Euros;
• d) Verification of RWA at the Bank — 500 Euros;
• e) Verification of the provided financial data in the Bank — 500 Euros;
• f) Verification of Bank Drafts at the Bank — 500 Euros;
• g) Verification of MTN, BG / SBLC instruments in the Bank — 500 Euros;

19. Issue of banking instruments against the received fund — an advance payment of 1% of the amount of the issued instrument.

• a) Preparation of contracts with a set of documents;

20. Issue of banking instruments for a project — payment of 10% of the amount of the issued instrument.

• a) 3% includes administrative costs for issuing of the instrument;
• b) 7% payment for the rental of assets;

The provided tariffs could be subject to change.

ATTENTION! A Client who has provided the International ABU Development Foundation

Consortium with swifts, which are verified and confirmed by our receiving Bank, the amount at point 18 will be refunded within 24 hours. In case of negative verification, we will invoice you for payment of penalty charges equivalent to 0.01% value of the instrument amount.
